  • If you decide to donate, be sure to remove the hard drive first and dispose of it separately. CyberCrunch specializes in permanent data destruction, with hard drive shredding, the safe and secure way.
  • Be mindful of the environment. Make sure your old computers do not end up in a landfill. Computers and laptops contain hazardous substances that can pollute the air, soil and water. Again, CyberCrunch is who you should turn to for the safe and secure recycling of your electronics.
  • CyberCrunch can help you get rid of your equipment the right way and help offset the cost of new equipment with our ITAD services.

Changes Coming for Delaware Cyber Security Law

With cyber threats becoming more common, the state of Delaware will provide additional protection for individuals and those who run local business. There will be additions added to the current Cyber Security law.

The new Delaware law on Cyber Security will go in effect April 14th, 2018. House Substitute 1 for House Bill 180 requires everyone doing business in Delaware to “implement and maintain reasonable security to protect personal information.” The legislation requires additional protection for those who may be compromised in a cybersecurity breach, including additional notifications and free credit monitoring services.
